This product works as described, a little disappointed it didn't have the Cisco logo at this price point, but I digress. The windows 10 drivers are a pain in the ass. Cisco says that you don't need drivers for windows 10, however I've yet to get that to work. I had to download the win 7 drivers (most recent) and manually install them. Outside of that, cable works flawlessly.Works as expected. What else is there to say. You know what a console cable is. What you don't know is the quality of one console cable versus another. That's why you're reading reviews and looking at star ratings. You've narrowed your decision by price as well and now you are here, reading reviews. The final unknown: can you trust this product? Yes. It works.Does what it should. Nothing more, nothing less.This is for newer switches with micro USB console ports. Ignore the 1 star reviews. Install the drivers from Cisco's website.
