To offload a number of files from an older desktop and laptop PC, I ordered a pack of 10 USB Flash Drives. Upon arrival, the drives came packaged in a sturdy re-closable cardboard box with a nice plastic insert of 10 compartments holding each USB.Each USB is well made with a smooth brushed aluminum swivel securely attached to the drive serving to carry it on a lanyard and to protect the USB connector. The aluminum surface is excellent for labeling the USB drive, either with a marker or label. One very minor drawback is that there is no indication on the drive that states 16GB. If you have other USB drives, it would be nice to see at a glance if this drive is 16GB. Of course it could be written on the drive or kept in the box of 16GB USB drives.I was curious if the memory was the same for each of the USB drives or perhaps if some bits were not active. I randomly tested 3 USB sticks out of the 10 for FAT32 formatting and for memory. To my pleasant surprise, each one showed exactly the same for total memory (15,709,765,632 bytes) and for free space (15,709,732,864 bytes). Even though these are USB 2.0 vs 3.0, they are ideal for my storage needs and the quality for the price is hard to beat.
