I seriously didn't buy this couch thinking it was my end all, be all. But here's what I can say...I wouldn't buy again but it would be great for an office.The seating is not wide enough. I literally have to turn on my side. I do like the firmness (however, it will not hold up after a couple of months of using constantly).This isn't a get comfy and watch movies all night kind of couch. Plus side, It was easy to put together and it looks nice. I got the gray (charcoal) color.I bought this couch because it was cheap and was better than sitting on my seriously broken sofa until I find my dream couch (in the store, where I can try it out).So, that's my review. I see this couch as a quick fix (disposable couch).Purchased for our office waiting area. It’s perfect!Great product for the price. Super easy to assemble. I was expecting the cushions to be softer than they are. Overall though a good purchase for the price.This couch is ok. Kinda expensive for what you get the comfort is alright. Relatively easy, though the back isn't the right size so you have to push the arm rests in to get the hardware to catch enough to hold it in place. A few inches shorter than stated on the listing. It is absolutely miserable to sit on. I've had a lot of cheap furniture but this takes the cake in being absolutely, 100% unusable. I initiated a return, which will hopefully go without issue. I cannot stress enough that literally any other cheap sofa source would be a better choice - everything we sat on at Big Lots was miles ahead of this couch. For a good idea of comfort level, put a thin throw over a hardwood floor and then lay down on it.
