When you buy the product, be absolutely certain that the device is Authorize.net ready. The same serial number is also used for a swiper which will not work with Authorize.net .This is the second Dynamag I've used for my business (not counting the non-compatible one). The failure point on the first one was the pivoting plug for the USB wire. Use this pivot joint as little as possible to keep wear to a minimum and extend the lifespan of the unit.
